Gizmo Deals Return Policy

At Gizmo Deals, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return window from the time of receipt of your shipment.

Return Guidelines:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by contacting our customer service team with details and images of the damage. We will provide further instructions upon notification.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Method: For all approved returns, we issue a store credit for the amount of your purchase, which can be used toward any future purchase at Gizmo Deals.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team using our contact form within the return window to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ensure that all parts and accessories are included.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your store credit for the purchase amount.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All returns will be processed as store credit only.
